On May 29, the 3rd NextGEng Workshop was organized at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca as part of the Erasmus+ NextGEng project.
The event brought together professors from TUCN and industry experts from Bosch Cluj Plant to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and reinforce cooperation between academia and the private sector in engineering education.
Key topics addressed during the workshop included:
- Analysis of key outcomes and pedagogical insights from the Team Teaching Pilot Program (TTPP)
- Presentation of good practices derived from Cases for Experiential Learning (CEL) Projects, with a focus on student engagement and hands-on learning approaches
- A roundtable discussion on the sustainability of project outcomes and the development of long-term university–industry partnerships
The workshop concluded with a networking session, offering participants the opportunity to explore new forms of collaboration and set the stage for future initiatives in innovative engineering education.
