Best Practice Guide – International Team Teaching
We are pleased to announce the publication of the Best Practices Guide – International Team Teaching, a key output of the NextGEng project designed to strengthen cross-border collaboration in engineering education. This comprehensive guide presents the results of the Team-Teaching Pilot Program (TTPP), implemented across partner higher education institutions (HEIs) and industry partners during 2023–2025
Developed collaboratively by university educators and company experts, the guide serves as a promotional and practical reference tool for partner HEIs, associated partners, and new institutions interested in adopting innovative, internationally oriented teaching practices.
The guide highlights the outcomes of implementing the tailored co-teaching model, offering insights into collaborative course design, upgraded teaching materials, and real-world applications introduced through strong industry involvement. It captures lessons learned from two full implementation rounds and demonstrates how international co-teaching enhances student engagement, fosters interdisciplinarity, and strengthens links between academia and industry.
